Total Recall¨has evaluated its computer hardware, software and electronic equipment for year 2000 related issues. Our equipment will continue to operate properly and without interruption before, during, and after January 1, 2000.

Total Recall fully will be able to provide a consistent level of service into and beyond the year 2000 without interruption caused by the failure or errors of our computer systems and electronic equipment that is used to process date information associated with the advent of the new century.

We have received certification from our vendors and service providers that their systems will be able to serve us beyond the year 2000. While we are reliant on the availability of commercial power, telephone service, and other commercial utilities, we do not anticipate any interruption in those services that would negatively impact our provision of telemessaging or other communications services.
