Q: Why are some customers not getting all their pages, why and how is this possible.
A: Here are some answers, all of the following can cause you problems
 

Your customer might be out of their area of coverage. One solution might be to extend the coverage. Hills, Mountains, Valleys, sadly their only a few remedies to this problem, since FM waves only travel in straight lines and do not dip for valleys or make detours for mountains

Due to the recent FCC regulations, paging companies are having problems gaining permits and coverage to new areas. One paging companies solution to this problem was to buy up smaller companies to fill in their holes in their own areas
 
 

Dead or Low Cell. Buildings, such as Bowling Allies, Mobile Homes, Warehouses, and underground Structures. Damage to the pager - Allowing the pager to: eat or drink solutions i.e. water, go swimming, going to the laundry, drop to the floor. Electrical Outages, all though we have a generating station, alot of companies and their towers do not. Electrical Storms.

A flare is defined as a sudden, rapid, and intense variation in brightness. A solar flare occurs when magnetic energy that has built up in the solar atmosphere is suddenly released.
